Unable to config RTM Plugin

I have created a new project and while trying to configure the RTM plugin, I'm encountering an error (attached). Please help me resolve the issue.

At a first sight, it's very hard to specify a root of the problem, therefore, we'd be more than happy to help you via Support ticket. You may contact our team directly here:

Please remember to include a HAR file and URL address for our reference because it's necessary to investigate what went wrong with the app.
