Unable to access BigPicture Project

Hello there, 

when I try to access the BigPicure App in Gantt view for one specific project, I receive the following error:

I could access the project before and also I am able to access BigPicture Gantt view of other Projects but not of this one specific project anymore.

Can you help me out with this?

Please open a ticket to the vendor of BigPicture to ask for support - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212259/bigpicture-project-management-ppm?hosting=cloud&tab=support 

The should be able to help you get to the bottom of what is going on.
