Trigger an agent notification when issue with certain component is created

I want to setup an email notification when an issue (within a Jira Service Desk Project) with a certain component is created. I understand that I can use a JQL filter and let agents subscribe to that. But I want an instant notification. 

We have script runner installed but I'm not familiar with the coding of an appropriate listener.

Help would be appriciated.
