Hi,

we have 3 layers.  1 jira project containing all portfolio's (1 jira issue per portfolio).  1 jira project containing all portfolio epics (1 jira issue per portfolio epic)  and mulitple jira projects containing features (1 jira project per tribe, 1 jira issue per feature).  We use custom links (type project - sponsors) to wire the jira issues.  Portfolio sponsors Portfolio Epic.  Portfolio Epic sponsors Feauture.

I manage to insert (step 1)the features in Structure, group (step 2) on the Portfolio Epic using the link relation.

However there seems no way to use a 2nd grouping to get the Portfolio in.

What I'd like is a hierarchy displayed : Portfolio -> Portfolio Epic -> Feature.

Any advice ?

Hello @Ryckaert Stefaan

To group issues by their links again, you need to enable the 'Consider other groups' option in the second Group by Issue links generator.

Alternatively, you can build the hierarchy from top to bottom instead of from the bottom up: add the issues from the top level first and then extend them with generators to pull all their linked issues from the lower levels.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance or if you have other questions about Structure, please reach out to us directly at our support portal.
