Original Estimate time tracking only displaying in seconds in Zendesk Support App

Our Jira is integrated with Zendesk via the Zendesk Support for Jira app but we are having an issue where the time estimates fields are only being displayed in seconds in Zendesk - see screenshot. 

You will see that in Jira it's displayed in days but in Zendesk it's showing the time estimate in seconds. I understand that  Σ Original Estimate is a string field, but the same thing happens for the Original Estimate field. 

Is there a way we can get this field to display in hours or days?
