Jira Cloud for Sheets - Spinning Wheel - Does not load

I get an infinite spinning wheel when trying to launch the Jira Cloud for Sheets plugin for Google Sheets.

I've tried the following:

- Reinstalling

- Clearing Cache and Cookies

- Appending the plugin to a different sheet
