JSM Change integration with Harness for automated deployments

Hi - I'm just doing a bit of research and was wondering if anyone can point me to any information on integrating JSM Change Management with Harness for automated deployments?

Welcome to our Community.

I have experience to trigger vercel deployment to Production environment through JSM Change ticket's approval. The implementation relies on Jira automation to trigger a webhook.

So I think you could trigger Harness automated deployment from JSM side.

Thank you for this - can I ask if the trigger was the ticket moving to Approved or the ticket being Approved and hitting the scheduled date/time?

Once the ticket is approved, it will trigger the webhook.
