We just moved to Jira and I'm trying to create enterprise reporting and trending reports/dashboards however, I'm limited in the displays to 2500 issues. We reach that cap in a less than a month and with that I'm unable to report month over month and quarterly reporting. what is the best way in Jira to report and display for large data sets that exceed 80K-100K Issues?
Hi, @James Ethier. Yikes! 80-100K issues in a single dashboard?
I suggest you reach out to Appfire—the company behind Dashboard Hub—on this one. There may be a config. setting that allows you or the admin. to make an adjustment, but I am not finding it in their documentation.
Hope that helps,
-dave
Thanks Dave and yes yikes we used BI in the past but trying to keep it in Jira now

This is Gorka, the Principal Product Manager for the BI/Reporting category at Appfire. The engineering team behind Dashboard Hub is working in performance improvements to increase that limit. Would you open a support ticket with us and indicate that you want to follow up on this topic? So we can work with you and understand better your use case e.g., do you need a single gadget requesting 80-100k issues or that's the total of the dashboard, also potential trade-offs, etc.
Cheers,
Gorka

Hi @James Ethier - Ivan from Dashboard Hub here :)
We recently made the enhancement that increased the issue limit to 10,000. It currently applies to Data Center, but we're working on enabling it on Cloud really soon.
We hope that helps, I'll also be letting you know as soon as it is available in Cloud 👍
Best,
Ivan Garcia, Product Marketing Manager at Appfire
