×Hello!
I got this message from tempo:
ACTION REQUIRED – Your organization is still using the deprecated V3 version of the Tempo API, which has been unsupported since November 1, 2023. It will be removed on March 31, 2025. Please update to V4 API to avoid disruptions. Refer to the V4 API documentation for details, or contact our support team if you have any questions.
My question is. How can I do that? Is it in some place in tempo or Jira settings??

What can we do, how we can update?
Thanks OTTI

Hi @Ricardo Cortes Romo
The Action message you see in Tempo indicates that you are using a Tempo REST API version 3 in some way. It might be that you are using Tempo REST APIs in JIRA automation, fetch data into an external system, or other kind of integration.....
The change to version 4 does not affect the functionality of Tempo or JIRA, but will affect integrations that are using the version 3 API.
Best regards,
Susanne

Hi @Susanne
Thank you for your answer!.
It sounds like it could be some automation. Is there a way to check that? or Just going to the automation section and checking one by one?

@Ricardo Cortes Romo
You might need to go through every automation that is set up in your system one by one.
The names that the Automation has been given when it was created might give you an indication if an API is used in them.

Susanne
