How to fix the error : "Unable to retrieve addon module URL. Please check your specified module key

Hello there,

I'm using Confluence and got this error.

I was viewing a video on a page in but switched windows, now I can't access any confluence page that I have open in another window as those pages now act like the video is still playing, dimms the page and I can't click anything.

If I inspect the page it's like there is a "ghost video" container there

and here is the page dimming part

If I manually remove both those containers, everything is fine until I reload any paga, then they return.

Closing my browser has no effect and as soon as I open Confluence again, it returns to this stateSnag_1a3b7d0.png

Any idea on what is going on and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Eidur Thorsson ,

The mentioned issue was caused by the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app: there was an update regarding the new API endpoints.

The manual update of the app was the best solution but we immediately noticed the described behavior and fixed it.

Sorry for the inconvenience!
