Hibob time-off integration

Hello!

I'd like to have the time-off from HiBob in Jira. The idea is for HiBob to create a daily task and assign it to the persona that asked the time off (Original estimate = 8hs). Basically, having tasks in Jira to record the time off so that we can better plan ahead our capacity. 

I am aware that there is an integration between the two platforms but I am unable to have the time-off.

Hi @Matias Rodríguez Alonso - OnLink supports Hi Bob Integration. I have provided the steps using OnLink. You can also accomplish this using API integration and Jira Automaton.

Here are the high level steps using OnLink:

1. Setup Webhooks in Hi Bob. API Reference.
2. Setup Hi Bob connect in OnLink. Documentation link.
3. Use Get all new/deleted time off requests since the specified date. API Reference

Here are the high level steps using Hi Bob API:

1. Use Get all new/deleted time off requests since the specified date. API Reference
2. Create a batch integration to go pull all the timeoff requests
3. Create a Jira Automation rule, for each new request - create a new task.
