Get a list of all users added in Tempo

Hi,

We're trying to clean/organize our staff in Tempo and would be very helpful if we could export all this details in an excel/something easier to manage.

We have around 700 staff members, in multiple teams and also 'solo' (~50% )

I'm able to get the users from teams (Rest APIs), but is there a way to get the ones not added in any team?

Hi @Anca Cristescu ,

All Jira users are automatically added into Tempo by default and are assigned to default location, workload scheme and holiday scheme. However, it's not assigned to any Teams until you manually do so. You should be able to view/manage them in Tempo Settings > Manage Staff.

maybe you can get all the users and then try to get membership for each of the users?

I was thinking of this, but not 100% sure if all users we have in jira are also by default in Tempo.
