Get Full Test List associated to all Test Set (Cloud)

Hi all!

Do you know if is there any way to get a list with the all the Test Set and the Test associated to them?

Context: I need to do a massive export in order to update the test information detail. After that I need to do a bulk import with the new information without any lack of initial data. I cannot lost the link between them.
