Im a designer using Jira plugin in Figma. My company Jira account has Figma for Jira app intalled as well.
I am able to link an existing jira ticket with design or create a new task directly from Figma. I can link design by pasting the url of a section using "add design" button in Jira and it works fine. However, when my colleague links a section with the jira ticket I cant see the connection in Figma. Is it a matter of some configuration or what?
