Figma designs not showing in Jira ticket

I added Figma designs via the "Add design" button to my Jira tickets, but now the designs are not showing. The "Add design" button also does nothing when clicking on it. 
Confirmed my coworker is experiencing the same. I tried a different browser, and same thing. 
Anyone else coming across this?

Thanks Michelle. I had cleared my cache yesterday, but was still experiencing the issue. Today there aren't any problems and I can see the designs on all pages. Thanks again.
