We are currently trying to create a default nomenclature for some of our issue summaries. That being said we were hoping to have a level of dynamics involved in the creation.
Initially I thought that I could leverage Smart Values in the default value but every attempt so far has not been successful. Below is an image of the structure we are trying to accomplish during ticket creation:
Is it possible to use smart values with Default Text? If not is, there a way to incorporate dynamic naming here?
Please let me know if I can clarify anything!

The default values will not leverage smart values. But you can create an automation which edits the placeholder values after the issue is created to the smart and values you are looking for.

That was my initial thought once I realized it wasn't working as intended. I was hoping I was looking in the wrong spot, but I can make do with this. Thanks Kris!
