Cannot import test steps into Xray: target test does not exist

I am trying to import test steps into Xray from csv. 

I map all the fields and choose 'Validate'

Xray tells me there are no issues found.

Yet when I push 'Import Steps', I get an error message 'target test does not exist'.

I cannot figure out what that means.  The number in that error message is just the ticket number for the test I am trying to import steps into.

Is anyone able to help me understand what the issue is?

Welcome to the community!

It might that the Test ID to which you are importing to is different from the one in the CSV.

I would suggest you contact our support here. They can help you with this.
