Hello!
I created a project Structure board that many people use for getting an overview of what needs to be done each PI. I have left the project and added two other people as Admins (gave them Control and Automate permissions).
However, they cannot edit the filters I created for the Structure board.
This is my view, where I have the arrows to Edit and Delete filters.
This is their view, without the arrows:
Are there any additional access rights they need to be able to modify these filters?
Thanks!
Hello @Julia O
To be able to edit the saved/quick transformations, a user should have the Control permission to the structure. If the user in question already has it and they're unable to edit the transformation, make sure that the permissions of the structure are set in the right order: the last matching rule takes precedence. For example, if the Control permission is given to the user first(if it's higher on the list of permissions) and then the Automate permission is given to the user or to a group of users that the user in question is a member of, then the Control permission will be overridden by the Automate permission. Changing the order of permissions should fix the problem in this case.
I hope this helps. If you have more questions about Structure, please reach out to our support portal directly.
Best regards,
Stepan

Hi @Stepan Kholodov _Tempo_ you found the issue. The user was part of a group with Automate permission that was overriding the Control permission. Once I removed him, the issue got resolved.
Thank you so much for the help!
