In Structure Cloud, there is no global view management that would allow to see all existing views in one place. We have this feature in our backlog and it might be released in the future.
At this time, to delete a view, you need to search for it on the dropdown list of views, edit it and then click Delete This View.

I am not sure that you can see "all" views at a single place, but this should work as an alternative:
click on the top right corner of your structure view and then on the down arrow next to the current view, the list of views will get pulled down. Then you can go to manage views and it should show you all the views you created or are associated with this structure.

@Surekha Gupta I guess the screenshots you shared are not from Structure Cloud, but from Struture in a Jira Server (or Data Center) instance?
