We're shopping for a chat solution for our JSM agents and further down the line, our sales reps and maybe some others as well. What we're looking for is something that we can eventually build upon via API and add a chatbot. It's not imperative that we use a solution from the Marketplace, but we are leaning towards Chat for Jira Service Management based on the number of installs, positive reviews, and Cloud Security Participation.
What I really need is suggestions, and any first hand experience with the above mentioned solution. Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
