actually i have one plugin into that plugin I made some tabs but once I click on it it takes time to retrive

Could you give us some detail here?  "I've got a plugin and something is slow" does not give us much to work with.  What does the app do?  What exactly is slow?  What have you measured to tell you it is slow?
