Need access of tempo worklog in PowerBI

Hello

I'm trying to bring in tempo worklog into PowerBI desktop using the Jira-PowerBI connector. I was successfully able to bring the table through API, but in the author's name it only shows one employee's name and the rest of them are listed as "Tempo Time Sheet". 

Do I need special API permission or access for that? Or how can I get a list of all the names of the users/authors from that worklog?

I think it happens due to same reason in here. In the URL below, Tempo explains why it cannot be seen via API.
