Is there a video annotation tool or plugin with in JIRA

Our team is recently looking for video annotation tool -- in a very ideal way we would upload our videos into JIRA, from there we like to if there is a way / plugin which allows to annotate video in multiple places - this is mainly needed while explaining issues / scenario with in a mobile application which becomes very tedious and lengthy while explaining through issues steps / notes.

Hi Pinky - you can try Nexonic JIRA plugin which allows video annotation, Nexonic has its own video player and annotation toolbar with in the video player which allow users to pause / play video at any moment, add annotations such as label / boxes / text / lines with arrow .etc user can save annotation, many annotations can be added in a single video as scenario and can be easily navigated through annotation anchors, as displayed in below image.
