Is it possible to have a timer on RapidBoard when we click a Team Member's name during scrum call

In scrum call, we click on team Member's name to get the daily update. Here it would be helpful if a timer kicks in (upon member name click) when a member is asked to give an update. This way everybody can see who is taking how much time to give their updates. The  scrum master also needs to be given a handle here  to pause the timer when team starts discussing on a topic that pops-up during update

This mainly brings up discipline in the team to keep the updates short without affecting overall meeting time
