🤔 Posing these questions to those who have made successful knowledge bases:

• How did your team/s define success? What makes a successful KB?
• How often do they need to evaluate their KB's success criteria, and raise the bar for the future?
• What are the right workflows to keeping a KB tidy and relevant for their customers?

I think I might recycle some of the above questions for a future Enterprise article. 🫠

@Adrian Hülsmann - B1NARY - one of the WORST bad-features in Confluence is that when a Page is copied, and an attachment is removed via Edit mode, it does NOT delete that Attachment from the Page's Files.

Many Spaces end up with a horrific amount of duplicated / hidden attachments.

To make it worse, Bulk Delete doesn't exist... 🤦‍♂️

Can Breeze be used to identify those duplicates and delete effortlessly, in bulk?

@Fun Man AndyGot you! That duplicated and hidden attachments are totally annoying.

Breeze is a different use case and its analysis works on meta-data, not on the actual content itself.

So, I guess we have to develop another app for managing attachments that works like a charm just like Breeze does with managing pages. :)

we do a lot of workshops with business and non technical users so creating their workflows or process flows in a quick and easy manner is essential

To make sure knowledge base content is (more) up to date and that older/non relevant articles are being screened at regular intervals. Stale content is a big issue.

My responses are:

1: Gliffy helps create process flows as diagrams enabling simpler visualization and understanding. 

2: Mike Cannon-Brookes

3: Year - 2008

4: Atlassian's designation of app as a Cloud Fortified App

5: For the best app, I am honestly confused between Microsoft 365 and Breeze apps. Both have caught my eye and I would be testing and experimenting with both in the near future. 

But if it is mandatory to choose 1, then I will be biased towards the Microsoft 365 one, due to its ability to provide chatops for JSM.
