Hey everyone ππ,
By popular demand from our existing customers, we just shipped our first two Atlassian product integrations for Questmate. As this opens a whole new world of possibilities for all existing Atlassian users out there, we thought you might be keen to hear what the rage is all about...
Questmate for Jira π
After quite some time in private beta testing, our Jira integration finally landed on the Atlassian Marketplace!
Now you can attach Quests of all kinds to Jira issues and block the transition of an issue before all attached Quests have been completed (and optionally reviewed/approved)
Quests can be everything from simple QA checklists to sophisticated forms with approval steps to fully-fledged interfaces connected to your existing data, apps, and smart devices. And if the many integrations we already have (Airtable, Google, Hubspot, Philips Hue, Notion, Pipedrive, Slack, Spotify, Tesla.. to name a few π) don't cut it, you can even create your own by simple writing/pasting a couple of lines of code into a custom component or completion action. π€―
Furthermore, Quests can be assigned to anyone, inside and outside your Jira instance: Your customers, vendors, team members, or office puppies; it doesn't matter... as long as they have an email or phone number. They will simply receive a notification, followed by a passwordless flow to sign in. No pre-provisioning/registration of the user is needed. π
Atlassian Account Linking inside Questmate
As mentioned above, Questmate allows you to add custom components to your Quests, like a dropdown powered by data from a Google Sheet or other app. With the recent addition of Atlassian Account Linking inside of Questmate, this means that you can interact with every REST endpoint of Jira & Confluence from custom components or completion actions. Completed Quests that create a new Jira issue or append the submission data to a table inside Confluence, you can do that π€© For example, here's an example of a Jira Issue Picker in just a few lines of code.
More to come (including support for Bitbucket & Trello!)
We could go on for hours on the endless possibilities and all the other integrations we're currently working on, but this should do it for this post. π
If you're keen on a demo or want some help setting things up (yes, we'll also write custom integrations for you ;)), please contact me directly at sascha@questmate.com or LinkedIn, and we'll get you going in no time! β±οΈ

P.S. Sitting on the other side after 6+ years at Atlassian still feels weird, I'm not gonna lie π Let's do some cool things together! π
Awesome @Yaroslav Nazarov! Please let us know how it goes. We're here to help with anything you might need to make the integration a success! π
superb! an intercom and integration for seamless π¦ parcel pickup workflows could be a thing π
Cheers, Andy; we have already heard from quite some customers who are using Questmate for tracking deliveries and sending out Quests to recipients to pick up their mail. This is a very common use case, especially for our customers in the co-working/workplace operations sector, closely followed by using Questmate for visitor management.
The integration with workflows is pretty cool. Integrating checklists and forms with Jira specific workflows opens up a lot of opportunities.
Looks very cool! π
Awesome!! Iβve been using Questmate to automate all workflows of our Tesla car sharing service for more than a year now. The support has been great and the speed in which new useful features have been introduced has helped me go further than I originally planed.
Now that there is a Jira integration I will introduce it to my dev team, so we can streamline the task reviews within our scrum sprints and make sure only tasks which are really done, get moved to the done column π
Thanks for your kind words and support, Ric! It's been amazing to see how you're using Questmate to its fullest for your Tesla car-sharing service and, with that, helped us push Questmate to new limits.
Let us know how the adoption of Questmate for your task reviews, and we'll make sure to make you and your dev team as happy and efficient as possible.
