Useful ChatGPT Prompts

Hello to all AI enthusiasts and fans. ChatGPT has made a lot of noise and encouraged other companies to develop "their" intelligent assistants. Users from all over the world, different professions, and types of employment have broken into it and started actively asking different things. Some were surprised by ChatGPT's capabilities, while others were disappointed with the results. Many IT workers launched a mass panic conveyor under the slogan, "We will all be out of work soon. AI will overcome us". No, it won't. It won't. But people who master it will benefit.

The main problem with ChatGPT users is that they don't know how to use it. Prompts had to be clear, correct, and as informative as possible. Everything is the same as in real life: a bad technical task means a bad result. And it is logical.

So, we have selected for you the top ChatGPT prompts that we use ourselves and that will help you solve various tasks. Let's go!

Just a moment. I want to point out that most of the prompts are related to mundane things that should be optimized or to generate more ideas. There are many theories that there is a list of correct prompts for coding, etc., but there are many nuances. That's why we try not to touch on this area in the article so as not to provide you with misinformation.

That's it. We've clarified it. Now it's clear - let's go!

ChatGPT prompts that work

Can't come up with article topics for your product? Try consulting with Chat using this prompt:

ðŸ’¡Make me a list of 20 article topics that I can write about this app [insert a link to the webpage where the app is posted]. The topics should be diverse and solve problems of different departments of IT companies (sales, support, PM, etc.) or startups.

Okay, we have ideas. And then write the article; if you can't come up with a plan, just ask:

💡The topic of the article [title or article] is about this product [insert a link to the webpage where the app is posted]. Make a detailed plan for me.

🦾A small tip for writing articles. If you think a piece of text "doesn't sound right," copy the necessary fragment into ChatGPT and ask it to dilute the text with idioms.

If you want to go deeper into the topic from the point of view of an individual specialist and don't know how to develop the topic, try this:

💡Imagine that you are a Project Manager in an IT company with 100-200 employees [here you can enter any other characteristics]. You're looking for a new Jira app to help you implement [describe process] into your workflow. Review this app [insert a link to the webpage where the app is posted] and tell me its pros and cons.

Can't think of a scenario for a video? Hmm, maybe like this:

💡Make a video script for me about this product [insert a link to the webpage where the app is posted]. The video should be in a marketing style. Attractive product presentation. Video timing - maximum 1.5 minutes. [here you can enter any other characteristics]

And if you just don't have any ideas for something like this for your YouTube channel, try this:

💡Write list of 5 YouTube video ideas for [your product or company].

Sometimes, we don't have any ideas for posting on social media. When we are desperate, we can ask our AI assistant for advice:

💡Create a social media [Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, etc. ] post that targets [the specific audience] and explains how our product [insert a link to the webpage where the app is posted] can help them.

In addition, you can specify the number of characters in the post, the mandatory use of emojis, and the selection of hashtags.

For example:

Also, ChatGPT is certainly helpful for creating titles and descriptions for web pages:

💡Create a 70-character title for the web page of this article [link].

💡Create a 110-character descriptor for the web page of this article [link]. It should contain a CTA and this keyword [paste the keyword that you need].

Well, how can you do without emails? I want to point out that this should not be abused. The best email is the one written with your own hands. But there are some exceptions. For example, you need ideas on presenting a new feature to your users and want to create an exciting email. Let's ask for some advice, shall we?

💡My team has released a new [name and description of the feature] for the [app name]. I need you to create an exciting and short email for me to notify our customers about this new feature. The style of the email should be friendly.

And finally, let's have some fun, shall we? ChatGPT can also be asked to talk to you using only emojis. Like this:

💡I want you to translate the sentences I wrote into emojis. I will write the sentence, and you will express it with emojis. I just want you to express it with emojis. I don't want you to reply with anything but emoji. When I need to tell you something in English, I will wrap it in curly brackets like {like this}. My first sentence is, "Please, leave comments and feedback about my article"

Here are a few more tips on how to get along with ChatGPT

🦾There are a few more tips that will help you better communicate with the AI assistant:

  1. "Feed" the chatbot a few introductory texts based on which you want your query to be formed. In other words, familiarize it with the material and then ask about everything you are interested in.
  2. Importantly, each new prompt, or different direction or topic of conversation, should have a new chat. Don't have a dialogue in the same field. After all, ChatGPT already has a specific background, and you will repeat it.
  3. The ideal formula for prompts so that you can create your own and experiment looks like this:

💡 Role (from the name/position/etc. of whom you would like to get an opinion) + "temperature" of the answer + example of what you would like to get as a result + style.

Instead of conclusion

So, I wanted to share a few of my tricks with you. And to remind you that my team is a well-known AI tamer. We currently have the following apps available for download that work hand-in-hand with artificial intelligence:

  1. Email&Tasks: Jira Cloud for Gmail. A 1-click task feature automatically converts your emails into Jira issues, and a Smart Search feature transforms a natural language query into a JQL query.
  2. Issue Creator for Jira Cloud is an extension for Google Chrome browser. This extension is designed to create tasks in no time from any browser tab in any Jira project. Its AI feature is that after filling in the descriptor, the extension generates a summary automatically for your task.

Thank you for your attention, and we are waiting for you on our team🧡!

@Iryna Komarnitska_SaaSJet_ very useful, thanks!

Sometimes I find it challenging to choose emojis and hashtags in my social media posts. Your suggestion to use ChatGPT instead is an opportunity for me =)
