Upcoming Webinar: AI-powered Jira Salesforce integration

We are back with another webinar “AI-powered Jira Salesforce integration”. Join us on Thursday, September 12, 2024 - 5:30 PM CET

In this webinar, you’ll learn how to optimize customer ticket visibility and resolution with simple code using Exalate. Know more about boosting your conventional integration setup by configuring your sync with AI-generated code.

Also, get your questions answered in real time.

Meet the Webinar Team

  • George, Integration Consultant at Exalate, will briefly walk you through what Exalate is and its unique feature
  • I, Majid, Head of Solutions Engineering will give you a complete tour of setting up a Jira Salesforce integration
  • Usman, our AI Engineer, will introduce Exalate’s AI Assist to customize your integration faster with AI-generated integration

For those new to Exalate, it’s an integration solution that connects multiple platforms like Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, etc. You can create robust, scalable, and reliable integrations with Groovy scripts using Exalate’s Script mode.

What will we cover?

We’ll cover a few practical and advanced Jira Salesforce integration use cases.

I'll share best practices for starting team integrations, like ensuring you decide what data to sync while considering the different system nomenclature.

The use cases

  • Support development flow:
    • Create a Jira bug from a Salesforce Case.
    • Sync data between Salesforce Cases and Jira Bugs, including type, reason, case number, comments, and attachments.
    • Implement bidirectional status mapping and sync associated Account and Contact data with Jira custom fields.
  • Service management visibility:
    • The sales rep creates an Account in Salesforce with the relevant Contacts.
    • Exalate picks these Contacts up and creates portal users for a JSM project.

What’s next?

Usman will demonstrate the same use cases using Exalate’s AI-Assist, generating scripts with simple prompts.

Save your seat and hope to see you there!
