In our latest update, we're thrilled to introduce a couple of new features that hopefully will supercharge your Jira experience:

1. Synchronize Existing Issues: One of the standout features of the latest update is the ability to synchronize existing issues. This functionality allows you to specify pairs of already existing issues that you want to synchronize.
   Whether you're migrating from different platforms or simply need to keep your data in sync, this functionality ensures your issues, fields, comments, attachments, and statuses align seamlessly between paired projects or instances.
   
   

2. Default Option Mapping: Field mapping just got smarter! When you're synchronizing fields with predefined options like single select or user pickers, Issue Sync Pro will try to map the selected values one-to-one. However, if the defined option sets differ between the synchronized projects, you can now create exceptions to this rule.
   This means you can map, for example, a priority of "high" in Project A to "critical" in Project B. In this latest version, with support for "Any value," you can also set default values and make sure that regardless of the priority chosen in Issue A, the synchronized issue on the other side will always receive a "critical" priority, simplifying your synchronization process.
   
   
   
   
   

3. Support for Additional JSM Field Types: A useful feature for Jira Service Management (JSM) users! Issue Sync Pro supports now Organizations and Customer Request Type fields. This ensures that JSM-specific data can seamlessly flow across your projects, guaranteeing consistency and precision in every interaction.
   
   

4. Enhanced Synchronization Scope: We understand the importance of maintaining control over your synchronization process and guaranteeing user data security. That's why our latest update empowers you to decide whether the Jira administrator you're synchronizing with should see values of user and group picker fields during field option mapping.
