Hi everyone, I’m Robert - creator of Sales CRM for Jira.
If you’re not too familiar with my app: last year, I built an automation-powered CRM that leverages Jira and JSM data to compete with “traditional” CRMs.
One year later, I wanted to share that Sales CRM for Jira is now completely free for Jira teams with 1-10 users! 🎉 This means you can now take full advantage of Sales CRM on Atlassian’s Free Plan without any cost.
My goal is to make Sales CRM more accessible and gather valuable user feedback to improve the product. If you’re in that Jira tier, now’s the perfect time to try it out!
**If you’re bigger than 10 users, don’t forget that you can still get a 30 day trial, as with any app on the Atlassian Marketplace!
Since this is an announcement, I also wanted to use this platform to address some questions:
I am currently paying for Sales CRM. What does this mean for me?
✅ Your next billable period will be free, as long as you stay within the 1-10 user tier. The change will be applied automatically via Atlassian’s Billing.
What happens when I go to 11+ users?
💡 If your Jira instance exceeds 10 users, standard billing will apply based on your user tier. You can check the updated pricing on our pricing page.
Why has Sales CRM decided to go free for 1-10 users?
📢 We believe that making Sales CRM free for smaller teams will help us grow, gather more feedback, and improve the product for everyone.
Are there any plans to make Sales CRM free for all user tiers?
🚫 Not at this time. We are currently focused on supporting small teams while continuing to enhance the product.
Try Sales CRM for free today and let me know what you think (Support ticket, Linkedin, email, etc.!)! 🚀
Cheers,
Robert
