Hi Everyone, Onward team is excited to submit our app for Apptoberfest.

Onward's focus is to enable organizations use Jira Service Management for HR Service Management.

Our apps help with the following HR Workflows:

• Automated Tasks: When a new hire is entered in Workday, we pull in all the employee specific details to create onboarding tasks in JSM.
• User Provisioning: Using the employee profile information, we automate user provisioning in Entra ID
• HR Assets in JSM: Import all the employee, organization, role and group data from Workday into Assets in JSM

While I’ve highlighted Workday and Entra ID, Onward supports over 50+ enterprise systems. Popular HR apps we integrate with include ADP Workforce Now, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, and BambooHR. For identity providers, we support Entra ID, Okta, PingOne, and Google Workspace.

Apptoberfest Submission: OnLink AI

OnLink AI, aims to enable AI agents to understand context, gather all requirements, and complete actions seamlessly. In our demo, we showcase how an HR service team can leverage OnLink AI to resolve tickets efficiently. The AI agent comprehends the context and details the necessary steps based on security permissions, even retrieving job details from Workday when required.
