As for me, a convenient way of tracking teamwork is to track time in status. It shows how long an issue has been spent in each status and how long an assignee has been working on it.

There are also lots of apps on the Atlassian Marketplace, that are related to time tracking and teamwork. They will help to track efficiency and improve productivity.
