A lot of people mention Mantra. I've never heard of it before, but it looks very promising. I still hope some of these "intranet" functionalities will be natively in Confluence someday. Company hub is a first step.
While the Company Hub is a step toward enhancing Confluence, it doesn't offer a complete intranet experience like Mantra does. Mantra allows for multiple hubs instead of just one, each customizable with an advanced editor and dynamic, personalized content such as news, events, and posts.
Unlike Company Hub's static pages, Mantra provides global, personalized navigation to make content more accessible. It includes a robust people directory with filtering, supports a mobile app, and features communities to encourage social interaction.
You can also use Mantra as a space homepage or integrate it via redirects, giving it more versatility.
Mantra is not just about adding a hub—it's about transforming how your team works together.
@Whitney Nicholes , all - just wanted to say thanks for cultivating this year after year. A lot of great ideas to seed into future use cases, especially with our business partners!
I was hoping if any community leaders have in-depth best practice with integrating with Confluence Whiteboard with Jira/JSM/JWM - especially on how issues in project UI displayed once they are referenced in the Whiteboard.

@Frankie C_ I just realized you are one of the Confluence-data folks and saw your comment about Miro!
I am frequently an IC-consultant, so I use a lot of different apps/add-ons through companies I contract with. I try to be a good collaborator; thus, if it is feasible, I always try to download at least trials of client's tools on my equipment and get familiar with environment/solutions for issues.
Full Transparency: I am positive I integrated Miro specifically for Confluence and Jira when both products were still on Server. But, I can tell you, Miro was a very painless install! I remember specifically being instructed to use the Atlassian Marketplace integrations as they were easier to implement:
It's a bummer you can't get in on the new Cloud stuff! If you ever want to see a new Cloud add-on or feature, please don't hesitate to ask me for like, a bite-size walkthrough in a 1/2 hr-1 hr webex or something like that, I wouldn't mind at all!
Apptoberfest has been awesome for discovering amazing new apps! 🎉 I’ve been watching all the demos too, and there are so many creative tools out there—definitely inspired to try some of these out with my team! 😊
For a business team, an important part of their work is dealing with planning and reports. Here are some apps that can be useful for this:
Time in status app can help track and build reports about team performances that work in Jira.
Content Formatting Macros for Confluence- helps create more structured and visually engaging Confluence pages. This app provides templates of reports, plans, OKRs, etc
Table Filter and Charts– assists in managing tables, creating charts, adding spreadsheets, and generating engaging reports.
Nice to see many apps that are on marketplace so much time and also many new. It looks like over the time there is still room to give people from business teams something that would help then in daily work.
