I don't have any specific examples of business teams actually using apps. Still, from what I've seen and what our team has been using, business teams could probably benefit from most apps folks here already mentioned, such as draw.io/Gliffy, Scroll view, or exporter apps and reporting apps such as eazyBI and/or Custom Charts.
@Brant Schroeder We are also on data center; While I am jealous of the newer cloud offerings, I agree that Proforma has given us a lot of flexibility, especially when we onboard new use cases to our JSM portal.
Do you primarily use JSM for intake from business partners? Or are there other use cases flowing through your instance?
Curious if anyone has a lot of experience using Jira for business-requested intake... something we are interested in exploring, but the current data center offering seems limited in scope compared to cloud offerings.

Favorites: Power Automate, Power BI, MySQL, Postgre (and still love MS Access, I will miss it)
I work mostly with SMBs/mid-sized businesses and advised some on modernizing their older RDBMSs (like Access) to more robust automation + database solutions without requiring their non-technical roles to learn any programming. For non-tech teams, I always suggest no code/low code options including Power Apps (MS) and AppSheet (Google) w/ databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL that have built-in integrations and connectors w/ cloud platforms.
I see non-tech business teams using no code-low code apps like Power Automate to create automated workflows between apps, transfer & collect specific datasets (e.g., with Azure Database for MySQL connector), and perform statistical analysis + visualizations in Power BI all in one streamlined workflow and without being or needing several expensive Developers, Data analysts, and/or specialists, and so forth.

Does anyone have any experience integrating Miro and Jira? Has your experience been positive using Miro to Jira for ideation, discovery, big room planning, etc.?
I know there are several whiteboarding/canvassing tools available for collaboration, but something I am looking to explore given our local tech stack... any insights would be appreciated!
Instead of Miro, take a look at Atlassian's Confluence Whiteboard functionality. In my opinion, it is a great replacement for Miro + It is directly integrated with Jira.

What great contributions, the enriched filters for Jira are a brutal contribution and everything that improves the experience with Confluence is super welcome because it is used a lot and provides great value.
