How i extract the feilds of permissionSchemes as shown in above from JIRA using Java api ?

There's really no information on what you're trying to do here.  A random snippet of xml that could come from anywhere with a question about extracting data is not really very much to work with.  Technically, there's a really easy answer- "read the xml you've posted".  We need more info.
