Unable to connect to JIRA during search

Hi,

I'm using the JIRA rest api with node js. I'm able to perform gets with no problem however as soon as I try to perform a post I get a 401/404 error.

I tried using libraries http, jira, request, http-client, and others. In all cases I can get but not post.

Using the node "jira" library I get a "Unable to connect to JIRA during search" message. I've also tried using basic and cookie authentication and I'm using a sys admin account.

Just hoping someone can point me in the right direction as I'm stumped.

Hey Rick expand this with more details what REST API URL part you use for POST and how you format your input. Else its very hard to give you any input.

Try also doing what your doing in curl and compare outcome/results.
