This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring the look and feel of your JIRA applications

Refresh Client Resources is not present in JIRA 7, But the document shows it, Does this is available in JIRA 7 or not, why I am not able to view it, if it is not present, Will Atlassian add it back ?

The refresh resources feature is no longer supported and has been removed from JIRA 7. There is no replacement feature.
