How can I customize the review coverage gadget query?

I have some users (like artists) that will submit to repositories so do not do code reviews. I would like to exclude them from code coverage report displayed by the gadget. Is this something where I can either adjust my query for the report or configure some excluded users on the back end?

I'm afraid the only criterion that can be applied to filter Code Coverage gadget view is repository path.
