Failed tests will show an error log. However, there seems to be no ability to display a log for passed tests. For example, I would like to display 'system-out' in bamboo for each test.
Is this currently possible?

Such information on passed tests is not persisted. However you can use some logging framework in your tests and output from tests to log file. Then you can define an artifact for this file so you'll be able to see complete output of your test in build result in Bamboo.
