Question is what did I do wron and why do you have to issue atlas-mvn eclipse:eclipse after you edit the java file in eclipse?

Weird. Yesterday I generated refapp app via atlas-create-refapp-plugin and it worked for me.
Short tutorial:
1) In terminal in your workspace folder run atlas-create-refapp-plugin and follow the instructions. It will create you a folder with refapp applicaion.
2) cd to the folder and run atlas-run. It should start empty refapp accessible via http://localhost:5990/refapp/.
3) Continue the initial tutorial by adding the servlet class and tag to the atlassian-plugin.xml.
what's the difference between refapp x 'normal addon' ?

The error says: Unexpected exception parsing XML document from URL [bundle://53.0:0/META-INF/spring/plugin-context.xml. Do you use Spring explicitly inside of the plugin?
