How to earn your Welcome badge

@Monique vdB For some reason I earned a second Welcome badge today. Any idea how that happened? Is that supposed to happen? Nevertheless it's very nice. I feel so welcomed right now ;)

@Marc Dvorschak and @Mahesh S, I just wanted you to feel VERY VERY EXTRA WELCOMED. 

(Actually, there were some issues with the setup of the first welcome badge, so I'm trying to refactor it. As soon as I verify it works, I can delete the first one. But @Alexis_Pruitt still doesn't have a welcome badge so I may need to do something else. )

@Fabienne Gerhard do you have two accounts? Very weird that you got notified that you got two badges but actually got zero??

The duplicate Welcome badge should be gone. Anyone whose Welcome badge has disappeared will need to log back in, and it will return!
