I caught the live broadcast and was seriously impressed with how engaging it was + how much information and announcements were covered. @Jack Brickey has shared ongoing feedback with the communiteam about spikes in community volume when an active incident is occurring. Now, when an there is an active incident, the information from
Statuspage is shared during the question creation flow. We hope this helps alert members who may be creating questions to be aware that there is an active incident we are working to resolve.
