[FIXED] Community emails marked as spam

1/31 - This issue has been resolved! Thanks for hanging in there and your understanding while we worked through this one.

-------------

Hi community! You may be experiencing an issue with your community emails being sent to the spam folder. Unfortunately there is no quick fix, but we are working to resolve this issue and will keep you updated.

For now, it may be helpful to create a filter safe-listing @ us.khoros-mail.com to prevent community notifications from going to spam. Notifications can always be checked by visiting the community directly and clicking your Activity feed.

Final note - For those using corporate email addresses: It is possible you will not receive community notifications at all, depending on your organization's email security settings.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions for us drop a comment below.

Thank you for sharing the details about this @Janice!  Yes it's annoying but glad to hear someone is doing their best to resolve it.

@Janice -

Thank you.  Hopefully soon it can be resolved - especially for us who are using corporate email addresses to review all community postings.

It is something that we can make exception on setting up exception rules to do corporate compliance, thus it makes assisting community users asks properly and on a timely basis.

Best, Joseph

Hi all, I've edited the announcement to reflect that the safe-listed domain should be us.khoros-mail.com instead of community.atlassian.com. Kudos to @Dave Mathijs for catching this!

I'm not getting any of the emails through at all - but they are going into Quarantine, and at least the Preview option there is working for me, so I'm not missing out completely :-)

And it does keep my inbox a little emptier LOL (have to look for the positives in these things)

Our Trend Micro e-mail security gateway started quarantining all Community e-mails due to a DMARC check failure so I have to keep asking the security team to release my messages from quarantine. Hopefully they will be able to modify the configuration to allow the messages through until the root problem has been addressed on the Atlassian side.

Atlassian Community posts are being flagged for DMARC failures by our IT team. This problem has occurred for an extended amount of time. Please fix this and post an update when fixed.

The DMARC failures still have not been fixed and I can't get my Atlassian Community emails. Please fix this.

Since around 1 month, I also experiment the DMARC issue and can't receive any longer email from Atlassian Community. I understand from our IT team, that the issue is by Atlassian. Please fix this issue:

Policies Triggered

DNS Authentication: DMARC Fail

Thank you.

Oddly, I get more notices from out spamblocker of blocked emails from the Atlassian Commuity than I seem to see as notifications here, so I do wonder what all I'm getting notified of that isn't showing here.

Hi @Janice ,good to know a solution is on the go. Do you have an ETA for the resolution of this DMARC issue? Which is present for around 6 weeks.
