Hello everyone
I write from Spain and I use agility every day in my work and personal life, one of the tools I use the most is Trello and confluence
Regards
Working inside Atlassian certainly does not make me an expert! I am working hard to learn as much as I can about Agile and how I can apply it to my world of event technology. I do know that we utilize it during development builds of event platforms, but there is a lot more to the work that we can organize in better ways to allow the team to succeed. Thanks for having me here...
Hello everyone!
I am currently a Portfolio Manager and my history comes a lot in UX/UI. I have always worked managing Web Design and Development teams, largely on the strategic and management side.
1 - I work at a Brazilian agricultural machinery company, our flagship is Pulverizadora Uniport.
2 - The "blessed" excel so difficult to take
3 - Sharing is what I want most here
4 - Currently I want to learn more, I have little to offer
5 - I love knowing that it is infinite in configurations and adaptive to whatever I want to do
6 - I like to play soccer, I'm a supporter of São Paulo Futebol Clube

Hey y'all,
This is Pallavi, I am new here and super happy to join this group.
I'm working with Accelirate as a Jira Admin and looking forward to helping as much as I can!
Hi, I work as an Atlassian Consultant so work with multiple different customers at very differing stages of Agile, from straight down the waterfall to agile and scrum and everything in between.
I started back in 2013 when the bank I worked for started to implement Agile and Lean methodologies, certified as a Scrum Master and took a mini detour back to development and now working as a consultant.
I would like to get tips and tricks in how to engage people more and get their curiosity running.
While I am off work I enjoy keeping some plants alive and woodworking.
Hi Everyone,
I'm Trisha Griffis, Founder and CEO of Jer-nee Consulting. I'm excited to join this Atlassian community!
At Jer-nee Consulting, we help companies across the U.S. benefit from Atlassian products, scale their platforms, or transition from other tools to Atlassian. I lead a team of consultants who deliver solutions to meet our clients' needs and overcome challenges.
I've been using Jira and Confluence for 15 years, boosting team productivity, collaboration, and visibility.
I'm eager to connect, share insights, and learn new tips and best practices. If you have any advice or resources, I'd love to hear them!
Feel free to reach out to discuss Scaled Agile, Change Management, Project Management, or integrations with enterprise applications.
Thanks, and I look forward to engaging with you all!
I work for an innovative automotive company as a Toolchain Expert.
Although we use Lean methodologies, reporting to senior management is still traditional. I aim to see more agile processes. In this group, I hope to gain new insights, share my expertise in Atlassian products, workflows, and hybrid project management, and contribute positively to discussions.
My favorite Jira tip is customizing workflows to optimize processes and boost productivity. :)
Outside of work, I enjoy ultrarunning, riding Hard Enduro, reading, and gardening.
Hello Everyone!
JC here, from Spain. I can start with:
What is an antiquated way of working and how would you want to see it change?
I've been 4 years now working for a (super big) company, that (for no-one's surprise) does waterfall for their projects.
Sick of it all, I started learning Agile methodologies and making my way, even certifying myself as a Scrum Master, and discovering everyday the coolness of it.
What is your favorite Jira configuration tip and why?
I love making custom workflows, easy for everyone, but powerful to check how the tasks move.
Regards!
Hi everyone,
I am from tiny Luxembourg and we do agility too and in addition I particular love to add some creativity into it as Jira is so flexible.
What do you think? Is it possible to combine agile methodology and creativity?
I am new but have been learning/working in Jira Service Management for 1.5 years officially (2 years un-officially) and am learning something new every week. Started with my current company in the CM group but was quickly asked to assist with Jira related projects due to my educational back ground and proven computer skills prior to moving to the Jira group officially.
The projects/workflows/automations I am creating are getting more complex and providing better capabilities to the end users. I am so very excited that I was introduced to the Atlassian Products. Computer Science Degree but I never truly found my space. I have finally found it and could not be more excited.....
Hi everyone, I forgot to introduce myself before I started posting in the group.
Hi @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM , welcome to the group
I work as a technical lead and Jira administrator at a company specializing in web, mobile, and desktop application development. Currently, we're facing challenges with untracked resource utilization and inefficient use of our team's capacities. Our goal is to optimize resource allocation and introduce an XP (experience points) system to motivate and track productivity effectively.

Hi @Mutya A and welcome 👋
Welcome aboard @Mutya A
Hi! I am a long-time Agile coach and leader. Most recently I was Executive Director of Developer Tools at S&P Global, so I have lots of experience with large and complex Jira instances, metrics, and juggling the needs of thousands of users. I'm here to learn and to provide any help I can on issues around Jira and Agile. When I'm not working, I play guitar (mostly electric) and watch old movies. In the last month I've watched a ton of old noir and related films including Night of The Hunter (rewatch), The Blue Dahlia, The Big Heat, and Psycho (first watch, amazingly).
Pleasure to meet you all! I am a DevOps Consultant for ReleaseTEAM! My favorite hobby when I'm not working is watching the Colorado Rockies!
Hi! I am new to the group. I am part of the Product team of Ginesys, a major Retail ERP in India. I work as a Functional Documentator as well as a creator / editor of all customer facing communications (blogs, scripts for video tutorials, newsletters etc.). Due to the varied types of materials I produce, I naturally have had to follow an iterative method, even before I learnt about Agile.
However, my company trained us and now Agile has been adopted whole-heartedly and seamlessly across the organization and productivity has increased manifold. We strictly follow the Agile methodology using all its artifacts and ceremonies.
I hope to learn more about Agile from this group and discuss about what and how we apply in our organization.
Glad to be here!
I am currently working at Experian, London as a Global Agile Coach, great to be part of this group.
