there is a line in all velocity template files. for example :
controlHeader ($action $field.id $i18n.getText($field.nameKey) $fieldLayoutItem.required $displayParameters.get('noHeader'))
i want to know the meaning of this..
First, I should point out that you've lost a # at the beginning of controlHeader - you really need to be careful with things like that, it can confuse the question.
Anyway #controlHeader is a velocity macro - you can find the definition in the macros.vm file. Simply put, the #controlHeader prints out some HTML (with some conditions) which wraps around your custom field
thanks Nic. does the variables entered in control header affects the variable used in the body of vm file?
