Hello,
our team is involved in more than one (Jira) project. To have a separate view I labeled our tasks in every project and created a filter to select these tasks ((project A or project B ) AND labels="teamlabel" ). Then I created a Kanban board based on this filter. This works fine, but I didn't find a way to change the sort order of items in backlog of the new board. I can't change it by drag and drop in the new board or in the project board. Is there way to sort items in a flexible way (easy changeable)?
Thank you!

I can't use this term, it seems Jira doesn't know "Rank".
Error message:
Not able to sort using field 'Rank'.
Thanks a lot. Problem solved.
To solve the issue, I had to open the board -> Configure (Drop down "Board") -> "Add Rank"
This changed the sort order and I can Drag & Drop tasks in the order I need :-)
