Remove Published Items from Business Project Board

I have a business project board that has the Published column. We have a bunch of test projects that I would first like to remove. I would also be able to control what shows in that Published Column so it doesn't get bogged down.

Is there anyway to move an item out of the published step. Say back into the In Review step?

Business boards are very simple, they map each column as one status in your workflow.

If you don't want issues to appear in the published column, you have two options

1. If the published column is the last column on the board, wait a fortnight and the issues will drop off

2. Don't put issues in the published status

For more powerful boards, you'll need to move to Jira Software.
