Sprint Report / Velocity Chart not working

We have just started to use Scrum in the Cloud.

We have completed 2 sprints but the Sprint Report and the Velocity chart are not showing all of the issues hat have been Done.

For example, we have completed 57 points in one sprint (set to DONE) and yet the sprint report is saying we have only completed 2 issues and the Velocity Chart is showing we have only completed 8 points.

All of the config seems to look ok.

Any suggestions anybody?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

We have found the problem.

We had a Filter Query that was too restrictive and therefore "hiding" issues from the reports.

We have amended this and all works a treat now.
