I have an issue with tracking tasks that need to be completed along with each deployment. It seems like we always forget one configuration after pushing to TST or PRD environments.
Is there an app that we can integrate into Jira that will give us a warning that x, y, & z still need to be complete within this deployment? An example would be a warning to configure email or update user roles within TST or PRD.
If not an app, maybe a work around to automatically warn us?

You could edit the task workflow and add it a condition that prevents to transition to "done" status, until all its subtasks were "done" too.
