Epic are not displayed after schema change

After I added a new simple status to the scheme, epics are not displayed on the sidebar anymore.

I'm not sure if "after this, therefore because of this", just noticed my epics are gone from the sidebar after I've done those changes in the scheme.

As a side effect all my data is gone from User Story Map addon page as it's relies on epics.

Epics are still visible on the issues search page.

Statuses of most epics are New or In Progress. I also tried to change an epic to task and back to epic - no luck.

Turns out the filter I created for another BA board to filter epics was applied to the scrum board as well (not sure why). Changing back the board filter solved the issue: Board configuration > General > Filter query
